Prototype & Engineering Builds
Assembly support for initial product builds, design validation and engineering evaluation.
PCBA manufacturing converts approved circuit board designs and component data into assembled boards. We coordinate material readiness, assembly planning and inspection requirements around each customer build.

Reliable assembly support for customer-designed electronic products, from prototype builds to repeat production.
SKN Electronics provides PCBA manufacturing services for customer-designed electronic products. We assemble components onto printed circuit boards according to approved manufacturing data, including the BOM, Gerber files, centroid or pick-and-place data, assembly drawings and test instructions.
The manufacturing plan is selected according to the board design and component mix. Projects may require surface-mount assembly, through-hole assembly or a combination of both.
Before production, our team reviews the available documents, component status, process requirements and inspection scope to identify missing or conflicting information.
